CUSTOM PROGRAM DESIGN
If you’re not getting the results you want from your workouts, and want a personalized science-based training program that will help you reach your goals more quickly, then let me build one for you.
The program will last for 12 weeks, although there’s no reason you couldn’t use it for longer than that. In that time, you get:
- A personalized training program that tells you what exercises to do on what days, how many sets and reps, even how long to rest between each set. You will walk into the gym knowing exactly what to do and how to do it.
- Advice on diet and nutrition. I’ll show you how to tweak and adjust what you’re already doing so you get the results you want. You won’t need to completely change your diet, eat foods you don’t like, eat at times that don’t work for you, or spend hours in the kitchen cooking a bunch of fancy meals.
- Specific cardio recommendations so you know how much cardio to do, what type and when to do it for the fastest possible results – depending on your goals, you might be able to get away with no cardio at all.
- E-mail support so you get answers to all of your questions on training, diet and supplements.
- Video analysis of your exercise technique, if you’re not sure you’re doing an exercise right, or you just want to make sure you’re not hurting yourself and getting the most out of each exercise.
Who Is Custom Program Design For?
- If you want more muscle and less fat than you have right now, but you’re busy and can only make it to the gym a couple of times a week.
- If you can train 3-5 times a week for 20-30 minutes, and need something that will deliver the fastest possible results in that time.
- If you train at home, don’t have access to a lot of equipment and want a program that will make the most of the equipment you do have available.
- If you prefer to train with machines rather than free weights for the added safety benefits.
- If you have physical limitations like joint pain or injuries, and there are certain exercises that you can’t do.

- If you want to be 100% sure that your current program is set up properly, and you’re not wasting any time or effort in the gym by doing something wrong.
What you’ll get is a complete training program based on the results of hundreds of scientific studies that I’ve reviewed over the years, over 20 years in the fitness industry writing for magazines like Men’s Health and Men’s Fitness, as well the exact principles and methods that I use personally to get in shape.
The program will be 100% customized to fit your goals, your lifestyle and your preferences. You’ll get video links so you can see how to do each exercise properly, unlimited tweaks and alterations, as well as the opportunity to ask me as many questions as you like.
What I Can’t Help You With
Before you get started, I need to make a few things clear:
First, I can’t tell you how much fat you’ll lose, or how much muscle you’ll gain.
In fact, I can’t make you any promises about how fast the results will come, because I don’t know you. I don’t know how long you’ve been training, what kind of shape you’re in right now, or what your genetics are like, all of which can affect the speed at which you make progress.
What I can tell you is that you won’t see any results at all if you’re not prepared to follow my instructions and work hard.
I’m not a doctor or therapists, so I can’t treat or diagnose any medical conditions or injuries (although I can help you work around certain injuries). And, if you’re an athlete who wants to make the jump from good to great, you’re going to need someone who specializes in whatever sport it is that you do.
